True Grit Athletics is a family run family friendly business. We are NOT a big box gym just collecting monthly dues and not caring about our clients, We know everyone by name and check in on them when they don’t show up for class. We have multiple class types to accommodate your wants and needs. All our classes are led by professional coaches who will ensure you are moving properly and safely! Best of all is our awesome community, we have community events at the gym and sometimes outside the gym monthly!
